Delicious for making homemade Gyros and Souvlaki - grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with Greek salad and our Red Dawg Hot Sauce......nóstima!! Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight, or use mixed with with olive oil & lemon juice - leave to marinade for at least 1 hour, but ideally overnight.
