This is a patened, slotted protection mat for soldering pipes and tubes to protect walls, cables, carpet and other flammable material. It has an overlap at the back which enables the protective mat to go either side of the tube or pipe being soldered. Designed for pipes and tubes 15 to 22mm diameter. The size of this mat is 150mm x 150mm for use in really awkward places.
